Sarah Larocco holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from the University of Delaware. Before becoming an NP, she spent nearly a decade as an Operating Room nurse at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore and Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Delaware.
For the past eight years, Sarah has specialized in Urology and Urogynecology, serving patients at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Cone Health. She is excited to return to primary and urgent care at Med First—and to the Thomasville community—where she previously cared for patients as a primary care provider with Novant Health.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, exploring history, solving Sudoku puzzles, and gardening. Her greatest joy is spending time with family and friends, especially her son, their golden retriever, and their two cats.
Sarah looks forward to continuing meaningful relationships with local families through her new role at Med First.
She is accepting new primary care patients ages 16 and up, and patients as young as 8 for acute care visits.
