Call Us First

Your health and wellbeing are important to us. If you have a health question or concern that is not a life-Threatening Medical Emergency, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, please call us first. When you call us, you will speak to one of our clinical team members who will help you determine if you need an ER visit or can be seen in the office.

When to Call us First

Before you consider an ER visit, day or night, call us for:

  • Urinary Tract Infection
  • Cold/Flu Like Symptoms
  • Cough
  • Earache/Infection
  • Sprains
  • Headaches
  • Minor cuts/abrasions
  • Insect bite
  • Fever
  • Burns (minor)
  • Stitches
  • Stomach Pain
  • Vomiting or diarrhea
  • Pink Eye
  • Allergies
  • Asthma
  • Medication Refills
  • Rash
  • Depression/Anxiety

When to Go to ER or Call 911

Go to the ER if you have any of symptoms below:

  • Profuse bleeding that cannot stop
  • Vaginal Bleeding when Pregnant
  • Severe Heart Palpitations or chest pain
  • Unable to breathe
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Seizure
  • Significant Burns
  • Motor Vehicle Accident
  • Severe allergic reaction to food, insect, medication, etc.
  • Sudden slurred speech, weakness, visual changes
  • Infant (less than 1-year-old) w/ fever over 100.4F
  • Overdose
  • Head or spine injury
  • Suicidal Ideation
