Megan Wilson, APRN, FNP-BC

Megan Wilson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families. Originally from Tennessee and raised in Alabama, Megan has called North Carolina home since 2012.
Megan began her healthcare career in 2017 as a patient care technician at a dialysis center, where she developed a strong passion for medicine and patient advocacy. She earned her nursing degree from Rasmussen University in Fort Myers, graduating magna cum laude in 2021. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing and post-graduate Family Nurse Practitioner certificate at Chamberlain University and became board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2025.
Her diverse clinical background includes experience in ophthalmology, preoperative and post-anesthesia care, neurology, and medical-surgical nursing at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, as well as interventional cardiology and vascular care. She now brings this broad experience to her role in primary care with Med First.
Megan is motivated by a desire to truly listen to her patients and provide care that is personal, respectful, and unhurried. She values building long-term relationships and takes a holistic approach to health by addressing both medical and lifestyle factors. Her goal is to serve as a friendly, approachable, and trusted healthcare partner for patients in Aberdeen and the surrounding communities.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys reading, swimming, practicing restorative self-care, exploring new experiences, and spending time with her family and dogs.
Megan looks forward to partnering with her patients to support their health, wellness, and overall quality of life. She is pleased to care for patients ages 10 and older at Med First of Aberdeen.
