I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and more than six years practicing in family medicine. I provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan, with a strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pittsburg State University. My clinical background includes family practice, women’s health, pediatrics, internal medicine, labor and delivery, and intensive care nursing, which enables me to provide a well-rounded, holistic approach to patient care.
Currently, I practice at Med First Primary and Urgent Care, formerly Mill Creek Family Practice, in Hampstead, North Carolina. I am passionate about building long-term relationships with my patients and believe in partnering with them through education and shared decision-making to achieve their health goals.
I am nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and maintain active licensure in North Carolina. I am committed to lifelong learning and staying current with evidence-based practices to provide high-quality, compassionate care.
When away from the clinic, I enjoy reading, exercising, traveling, watching sports, and relaxing at the beach. I love spending quality time with family, friends, and my 3 doodles.
