Med First Holly Springs

Announcement to the Holly Springs Community

We want to inform you that Med First Urgent Care & Family Practice of Holly Springs (located at 7212 GB Alford Hwy Holly Springs, NC 27540) will close its doors permanently on July 31, 2024. Telemedicine options will be available for most visit types through August 31, 2024. If you wish to continue treatment with Med First at another location or utilize telemedicine services, please contact our Garner, NC office at 919-772-3154, 4450 Fayetteville Rd Raleigh, NC 27603.
This letter also serves as a notification of the status of your medical records. Your records will remain electronically in our EMR system, and you can request them by calling 833-378-1071 to request a form to complete your request. Our staff will make your records available at your earliest convenience by making a copy of your records to take to your new provider and/or for you to have maintained electronically until these records are requested. As the custodian of records, Med First is obligated to keep your records for seven years but may destroy them after that.
