Happy Monday! Today, Monday, January 17th is day 48 of 2020. This means you still have 318 days remaining in this year to reach your wellness goals! Wellness is more than fitness; it is sleep, nutrition, energy levels, health, and the relationships with those around you. Med First wants to help you boost all these things so you can feel better and be your best self.

Tip #7: Stay hydrated 

 Did you know that thirst can mask itself as hunger? Drinking water keeps you hydrated and makes you feel fuller, which can cause you to eat less. Health authorities commonly recommend eight, 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon. Try drinking water before your next meal and you might be surprised to see you might not have been as hungry as you thought.  

Tip #8: Weigh yourself once a week

 Weigh yourself once a week on the same day, at the same time, and with the same amount of clothing. Indeed, weight is just a number, but it is helpful to keep track of your progress and keep you motivated.
