Morgan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of clinical experience. She previously specialized in oncology and hematology but is now excited to care for patients and families in the primary care and urgent care settings of her hometown, Batesburg-Leesville.
She was born and raised in Irmo, SC, before attending nursing school at Clemson University. She earned her BS in Nursing in 2011 and worked as a bedside nurse on the oncology unit in Greenville, SC until she completed her Master’s degree in 2017. During her time at Clemson, she enjoyed caring for the underserved communities near Greenville, SC, and participated in medical mission trips to both the Dominican Republic and Kenya. In 2019, she moved with her family to Batesburg-Leesville to pursue a quiet, country lifestyle for her children and family. Since then, she has been working in an outpatient oncology clinic in Columbia, SC, treating malignancies, blood disorders, and a variety of other chronic and acute illnesses.
Morgan’s practice philosophy centers on meeting patients where they are and partnering with them to set realistic goals that meet their individual needs. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers each patient to achieve their ideas of wellness.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, playing the piano, and eating at Shealy’s.
